Just Baked

A bakery runs on a schedule that customers rarely see from outside, and asking early in the day is the reliable way to find out what that schedule allows. Just Baked works in the bakery trade in Naramata, a bench community above the east shore of Okanagan Lake built around its store, its old hotel and a handful of tasting rooms and galleries, with not a great deal else in the way of commercial breadth.

Naramata swells in summer with cyclists coming off the Kettle Valley Railway grade, people heading for the swimming spots below the bench and visitors working their way along the wine roads.
