Misson Cleaners

A dry cleaning run rarely stands on its own; it gets folded into a morning already busy with something else, which is exactly how a mark ends up getting the wrong treatment. Checking a jacket a week ahead rather than the night before leaves room to deal with anything that needs more than a quick turnaround. The trade itself covers far more than jackets and shirts, and what any one shop takes in is always worth asking about directly.

Point out every mark when you hand something over and say what caused it if you know, since a treatment that lifts wine will not touch oil and guessing wastes a cycle. Ask about turnaround before you leave, particularly if a date is attached, and ask whether rush service is possible when it is. Beyond suits and dresses, this trade often handles alterations, repairs, household pieces such as duvets and curtains, and specialty work on leather or suede, all of which run on their own timelines. Check pockets before you go, keep the ticket somewhere you will find it, and try not to leave anything sitting for a season after it is ready.
