Professional Services
Kelowna-based hosting for Naramata rentals: listing content and photos, pricing that moves with the season, guest messages, check-ins, turnovers and support the day something goes wrong.
The bench above Skaha Lake suits a holiday well. Vineyards sit up on the rows where the fruit used to be, and the view down the water is the kind people photograph twice before they drop their bags. What comes with hosting a place up there is less scenic: the message that lands at half nine about where the keys live, the turnover where the cleaner has taken something else on, the rate that has not been looked at since the last busy weekend. We take that part of it on, from our base in Kelowna, so the booking keeps earning and you stay the owner.
Setting a place up and keeping it going is the whole of our work. We write the listing and sort the photos, set the nightly price against the season and whatever is pulling people into the valley that month, and answer what guests send before they arrive and while they are there. Check in and check out runs through us, along with the cleaning, the linen and the maintenance trades, so a turnover happens without you crossing the bench in a hurry. If the hot tub quits or the power plays up mid stay, that is our phone call to make.
Short term rental rules from the district and the province keep shifting, mostly around how a listing gets registered and kept compliant, and we watch that so owners do not have to. A look at our rental management services shows what we handle week to week, and if you are weighing handing a Naramata place over you can send HAVN a note to talk the specifics through.
Based outside Naramata and serves it as part of a wider area, so this is a call-out service rather than somewhere to visit.
