About T-ONE Restaurant
South of the Pandosy village, Lakeshore Road settles into a quieter run of small commercial blocks tucked in among the houses, and T-ONE Restaurant works from one of them at 3477 Lakeshore Road.
The building holds a couple of other operations besides, which is how most of these little strips are put together, and it usually means a shared lot and a short walk from wherever you leave the car. Eating out in a neighbourhood like this one is a different proposition from downtown. Trade comes largely from the streets around it rather than from visitors passing through, the rooms are smaller, and a table on a summer evening is worth arranging in advance rather than chancing on the night.
It is a good idea to settle the practical details when you get in touch: whether reservations are taken, what the arrangement is for larger groups, and whether food can be packed up if you would rather eat it on a beach a few minutes away. The Mission and Pandosy shoreline draws heavy traffic between late June and early September, and the afternoon run along Lakeshore slows to a crawl on the hottest days, so allow more time than the distance suggests. Outside that window the same trip is quick, and parking in these blocks stops being a consideration at all. For anyone living south of the bridge, it is close enough to reach on foot or by bike along the shore.
