About Aroma Pizza
Ten businesses answer to 1940 Kane Road, a neighbourhood plaza in the middle of Glenmore, and Aroma Pizza is one of them. Glenmore is the run of family streets on the valley floor between downtown and the hills that climb toward the campus corridor, which makes a plaza like this one an everyday errand stop for the blocks around it rather than a destination people cross the city for.
Pizza places live and die on the phone and the map. Delivery zones are drawn tightly in a city as spread out as this one, so the first thing to establish is whether your address falls inside the circle, and the second is how long a Friday evening order really takes once every other household nearby has had the same idea. Ask about pickup timing if you would rather collect it yourself, ask whether a large order for a team or a party needs a day of notice, and ask what the kitchen can do about gluten or dairy if that matters at your table.
Glenmore is convenient in a way that surprises visitors: five to ten minutes from downtown, close to the Glenmore Road route running north past Wilden toward the airport, and a short hop across to Dilworth. Parking at a plaza like this is off street and rarely a problem, even in July, which is more than can be said for anywhere near the water. If you are carrying food up to one of the hillside subdivisions afterward, the climb starts almost immediately.
