About Dilworth Inn
Not every visitor to Kelowna wants to be downtown. Plenty of people come for a conference at the far end of town, a hospital appointment, a wedding out in the country or a week spent driving between vineyards, and for all of those a central address with easy road access beats a room on the waterfront.
Dilworth Drive climbs away from the Harvey Avenue corridor toward the hillside neighbourhoods on Dilworth Mountain, and 1755 Dilworth Drive sits at the working end of it, close to the shops and services strung along Harvey and Springfield. Highway 97 is quick to reach in either direction from here, north toward the airport, Lake Country and Vernon, or west across the bridge. The phone number is +1-250-762-9666 and there is more at dilworthinn.com.
Book earlier than feels necessary for anything between late June and early September. Kelowna is the largest city in the valley, and the summer months bring visitors, festivals and events on top of the usual business travel, which tightens rooms right across town. Ask about parking if you are arriving with a trailer, a boat or a bike rack, since not every lot is laid out for them. Ask what sits within walking distance if you would rather not drive to dinner. And if you are here for a particular appointment or venue, mention it when you call, because people working at a hotel in the middle of a spread out city usually know the fastest way across it.
