Equestrian in Kelowna
Riding schools, boarding and training stables, trail-riding outfits, indoor arena work and the tack shops that serve it all: the horse country that runs the length of the valley. This section covers businesses built around horses rather than any one service, because most of them are several things at once: a barn that boards through summer and teaches through winter, a trainer who sells tack out of the back room.
Listings carry address, phone, website and posted hours plus the neighbourhood. Where the operation publishes it, the listing notes whether lessons are offered to children or adults only, whether school horses are provided or riders bring their own, pasture versus stall boarding, and whether the facility has an indoor arena for the wet months.
Booking is the practical question here. Trail rides, lessons and birthday bookings are arranged by phone or message rather than walked into, so listings link to the operator's own booking page where one exists instead of reproducing rates that change with the season.
Public equestrian parks and regional trails are civic facilities rather than businesses and are not listed as such, though the outfitters who run rides on them are. Nothing in this section is a paid placement.
