About PV Blvd Coffee
Specialty coffee house in historic downtown Armstrong serving breakfast, lunch and in house baked goods, with a back patio and space that hosts yoga and community classes.
PV Blvd Coffee operates out of 2510 Pleasant Valley Boulevard in the heart of historic downtown Armstrong, brewing coffee from Bright Jenny beans sourced out of Kelowna and pairing it with a breakfast and lunch menu built around soup, sandwiches and in house baked goods. Two indoor seating rooms and a patio at the back give the shop more room to spread out than a typical small town coffee counter, and free wifi keeps it a reasonable spot to sit with a laptop for an hour.
A coffee shop in a farming town tends to double as informal meeting space, and this one leans into that by offering its room for yoga, meditation and art classes alongside regular seating, plus space for parties, meetings and small events. That kind of flexible use matters in a community where dedicated event space is limited to a handful of halls and the arena buildings. A one bedroom short term rental at the back of the building adds an overnight option for visitors who would otherwise have to book in Vernon.
Downtown Armstrong has kept its early twentieth century storefronts rather than losing its main street to a highway strip, and a coffee shop on Pleasant Valley Boulevard sits inside easy walking distance of most of the shops that make up that stretch. For a household running errands on a Saturday morning, or a visitor in town during fair week, that walkability is part of what makes a coffee stop practical rather than a special trip.
