Home Services
Vernon-based painters serving westside homes with exterior prep, staining, and interior repainting done around your schedule, with the dust kept on our side of the drop cloths.
Paint is a bigger line on a quote than most people expect, so it is fair to ask where it comes from and what it costs.
Third Generation Painters buys Benjamin Moore exclusively and is a contractor partner of North Okanagan Paint and Window Coverings. That partnership earns a twenty to thirty percent discount on materials, and the discount goes to the customer rather than into the margin. Quotes are built as a standard labour wage rate plus materials, so the two halves stay visible; ask for a flat rate instead and you will get one.
On the outside of a house that usually means the Aura line, chosen for how it stands up to ultraviolet, laid over Hardie board, stucco or wood. The stages are described under exterior painting. Decks, fences and gates that want colour soaked in rather than paint sitting on top go through stain work.
One caveat about distance. Vernon is the base and the North Okanagan is the beat, so West Kelowna sits past the far edge of where Brook Nullmeyer normally sends a crew. It is worth raising directly on the phone rather than assuming either way.
Estimates are free and Brook does them in person. 250-878-1702.
