Keremeos is in the Similkameen, over the hill from the Okanagan, and Third Generation Painters is a North Okanagan outfit. Both of those things matter before anything else does.
Brook Nullmeyer works out of Vernon. Vernon and the country immediately around it are his normal territory, with the outer limit somewhere around Enderby to the north and Lake Country to the south, plus the occasional select project up toward Salmon Arm. Keremeos is not on that map. If you want the company down here, say so on the call and get a straight answer about whether it can be made to work.
What you would be hiring is a residential painter with a commercial side. Whole house repaints of walls, ceilings and trim are the bread and butter, along with decks, fences and front doors brought back from weathered grey. New construction painting is part of the offering too, which matters if you are finishing a build rather than freshening a lived in house, and commercial projects are taken on as well.
