Professional Services
Short-term rental management for owners in Keremeos, based in Kelowna: listing content, event-based pricing, guest messages, check-ins, turnovers and day-of help.
Keremeos is art country and orchard country on the western bench, and the guests who come through are not the conference crowd. They stop for the galleries and the fruit stands, they head over to Osoyoos for the day and come back, they arrive for a show that fills the town for a weekend and empties it again. Fast turnarounds and out-of-the-way addresses make a rental easy to run badly, and one confused arrival at ten at night is usually all it takes to start a bad review. The Similkameen's harvest season through late summer and early fall tends to be the busiest single stretch, when the fruit stands are fullest and the galleries plan their openings around the same crowd.
That is the part we carry. We do check-in and check-out, we line up the cleaner and the linen and the maintenance, and we are the number the guest calls when something gives out mid-booking.
Bench properties are a bit of a drive for most of the owners we work with, which is exactly why the turnovers should not be. The rules that govern short-term rentals keep changing in the communities out here, so we follow them and flag anything that touches your listing. The page on what our rental managers handle sets out what is included, with the wider picture at the HAVN Hosting home page.
Based outside Keremeos and serves it as part of a wider area, so this is a call-out service rather than somewhere to visit.
