Professional Services
Vacation rental management for Osoyoos owners, run out of Kelowna: listing content, seasonal pricing, guest messaging, check-ins, turnovers and repairs during a stay.
Osoyoos is the hot end of the valley, desert lake and all, and for a good stretch of summer it is where the region's holiday traffic wants to be. The same stretch sends plenty of those people north to Big White when the afternoon stops being bearable, which is one reason a southern Okanagan place can hold bookings longer than owners expect.
Holding them properly is more than the calendar. It is the listing written well and photographed honestly, the price moved through the season and around local events, and the messages that arrive constantly once somebody books. Ours is the phone that buzzes about arrival times, where to park, whether the air conditioning tries, and which beach is worth the drive. We run check in and check out, book the cleaner and the linen, and chase the maintenance when a fridge dies or the wifi drops on a Saturday with a full house.
We work from Kelowna and cover the valley and the mountain from there, so Osoyoos sits comfortably inside the round. The registration requirements the district and the province set for short term rentals keep being revised, and we keep up with that on your behalf. The overview lives at havnhosting.com, and our rental management services covers what is included.
Based outside Osoyoos and serves it as part of a wider area, so this is a call-out service rather than somewhere to visit.
