Up off the valley floor, the benches above Okanagan Falls were orchard ground for generations and have since been replanted largely to wine grapes. Liquidity Wines has its address at 4720 Allendale Road, away from the lakeshore streets and out where the rows and the open sky take over.
Visiting wineries on bench roads is a slightly different exercise from walking into a shop. Allow more time than the map suggests, because these routes climb, narrow and turn to gravel without much warning, and plan two or three stops rather than a long list. Worth settling before you go: whether tastings are seated or walk in, whether a fee applies and comes off the price of a bottle, whether any food is served, and how large a group can be handled without booking. Anyone hoping to send wine home should raise shipping early, since what can be sent where is governed by rules that change from one province to another.

Landscape does much of the work up here: rugged bluffs frame the valley, the ground is dry and rocky, and the light off Skaha Lake carries a long way in the evening. It gets hot on these slopes in midsummer, hotter than the beach below suggests, so bring water, wear a hat, and think about the middle of the day when you plan the driving.
